Terms & Conditions

Live Again Healthy Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 9 August 2026

Welcome to Live Again Healthy, a healthcare-services facilitation and patient-support brand operated by Live Again Health Care Private Limited ("Company", "Live Again Healthy", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, enquiry and communication channels, appointment-request facilities, patient-support services and other healthcare-related services offered by or through Live Again Healthy (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our website or Services, submitting an enquiry, requesting an appointment, communicating with our representatives, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policy expressly incorporated into these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or Services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived under applicable Indian law.

1. ABOUT LIVE AGAIN HEALTHY

Live Again Health Care Private Limited operates under the brand name Live Again Healthy.

Depending on the particular Service, Live Again Healthy may facilitate patient support, healthcare enquiries, appointment coordination, access to medical professionals, hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories and other healthcare providers.

Doctors, surgeons, hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare professionals or organizations may be independent third-party providers ("Healthcare Partners") unless expressly stated otherwise.

The exact nature of the Services available to a user may depend on location, medical requirements, provider availability, hospital policies, applicable law and other circumstances.

Where a medical service is provided by an independent Healthcare Partner, the relevant healthcare provider remains responsible for the professional medical services it provides, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and medical decision-making, subject to applicable law.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding arrangement under applicable law;
  • The information supplied by you is accurate and not materially misleading to the best of your knowledge;
  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes;
  • You will comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws and regulations; and
  • You understand that healthcare services involve individual medical risks, benefits, uncertainties and outcomes.

If you use the Services on behalf of another individual, you represent that you are authorized to provide information and make decisions or requests on that individual’s behalf.

Where the individual receiving healthcare services is a minor or otherwise legally incapable of providing consent, the applicable parent, guardian or legally authorized representative shall be responsible for providing the required consent and information.

3. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

Live Again Healthy may provide or facilitate:

  • Healthcare information and educational material;
  • Enquiry and patient-support services;
  • Appointment requests and coordination;
  • Access to doctors, surgeons and healthcare professionals;
  • Access to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and laboratories;
  • Treatment-related coordination;
  • Assistance relating to healthcare packages or indicative pricing;
  • Insurance or cashless-service coordination, where available;
  • Communication between users and relevant Healthcare Partners;
  • Follow-up and administrative support; and
  • Other healthcare-related services described on our website or communicated by our representatives.

The availability of a Service does not necessarily mean that the Service is available in every location or suitable for every patient.

4. WEBSITE INFORMATION IS GENERAL INFORMATION

Information published on our website or communicated through our general digital channels may include information concerning treatments, procedures, medical specialties, doctors, hospitals, healthcare facilities, diagnostic services, treatment packages, indicative prices, patient education and general healthcare topics.

Such information is provided for general informational purposes.

Website information is not a substitute for a consultation, examination, diagnosis or individualized medical advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

No information published by Live Again Healthy should be interpreted as a diagnosis or as a recommendation that a particular treatment is appropriate for a particular patient unless such advice has been provided by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional in the context of a proper professional consultation.

5. APPOINTMENTS

Users may request appointments through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email or other communication channels made available by us.

An appointment request is not, by itself, a confirmed appointment.

An appointment becomes confirmed only when confirmation is communicated through an appropriate channel.

Appointment availability may depend on:

  • Doctor availability;
  • Hospital or clinic availability;
  • Location;
  • Patient requirements;
  • Medical urgency;
  • Availability of facilities;
  • Insurance or administrative requirements;
  • Healthcare-provider policies; and
  • Other circumstances affecting scheduling.

Appointments may be rescheduled, postponed or cancelled by the Company or Healthcare Partner where reasonably necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material appointment changes using the contact information provided by the user.

Users should independently verify important appointment details where reasonably necessary.

6. MEDICAL SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Where Live Again Healthy facilitates access to medical professionals or healthcare providers, medical services are subject to the professional judgment, applicable law, clinical protocols and policies of the relevant healthcare professional or Healthcare Partner.

Clinical decisions, including diagnosis, treatment, surgery, medication, investigations, admission, discharge and follow-up care, are made by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals based on the patient’s individual circumstances.

Live Again Healthy does not replace the treating healthcare professional.

Accessing general information on our website does not by itself establish a doctor-patient relationship between a user and Live Again Healthy.

Where a doctor-patient relationship is established, it is between the patient and the relevant healthcare professional in accordance with applicable law.

Patients should discuss the proposed treatment, expected benefits, risks, alternatives, costs, recovery period, possible complications and follow-up requirements directly with their treating healthcare professional.

7. TELEMEDICINE

Where telemedicine or remote consultation is offered, such services shall be provided by appropriately qualified and registered healthcare professionals and shall be subject to applicable Indian laws, professional regulations and telemedicine requirements.

The treating healthcare professional shall determine whether telemedicine is clinically appropriate and whether an in-person consultation or examination is necessary.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes any person to provide medical advice or treatment without the qualifications, registration, authorization or professional competence required by applicable law.

Live Again Healthy does not represent that every medical condition can appropriately be assessed or treated through remote consultation.

The applicable telemedicine framework issued by the competent Indian authorities shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency concerning the professional practice of telemedicine. The National Medical Commission maintains the applicable Telemedicine Practice Guidelines and related material. (National Medical Commission)

8. EMERGENCY MEDICAL SITUATIONS

The website and general patient-support channels of Live Again Healthy are not emergency medical services.

If you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, you should immediately contact the appropriate emergency medical service, ambulance service, nearest emergency department, hospital or qualified medical professional.

Do not delay emergency treatment or rely on website content, social-media communications, email, WhatsApp or other digital communications from Live Again Healthy in an emergency.

9. PATIENT INFORMATION

To provide or facilitate the Services, we may request information reasonably necessary for the relevant Service, including:

  • Name;
  • Age or date of birth;
  • Contact information;
  • Medical history;
  • Symptoms and health information;
  • Previous medical records;
  • Diagnostic and investigation reports;
  • Prescriptions;
  • Medical images or documents voluntarily provided;
  • Insurance-related information;
  • Appointment preferences; and
  • Other information reasonably necessary for the requested Service.

You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate, complete and up to date.

You should not provide information belonging to another person unless you are authorized to do so.

Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may affect appointment coordination, communication, administrative support or the ability of a Healthcare Partner to provide appropriate services.

The collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal data shall be governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

10. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Live Again Healthy recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and healthcare-related information.

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection laws, including applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, when and to the extent applicable and in force, and any other applicable legal requirements.

During the statutory transition to the DPDP framework, applicable existing privacy and information-security obligations shall continue to be observed to the extent required by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains, among other matters:

  • What personal data we collect;
  • The purposes for which it is processed;
  • The manner in which it may be used or disclosed;
  • Applicable consent and other lawful bases;
  • Data retention;
  • Security measures;
  • Rights and choices available to individuals;
  • Grievance mechanisms; and
  • Contact details for privacy-related requests.

The DPDP Act and Rules have a phased commencement framework; therefore, references in our Privacy Policy to particular statutory rights, obligations or mechanisms shall apply from the date those provisions become legally operative. (MeitY)

11. COMMUNICATION AND CONSENT

When you voluntarily provide your telephone number, email address or other contact details while requesting a Service, you may be contacted for purposes reasonably connected with that request, including:

  • Appointment confirmation or changes;
  • Consultation coordination;
  • Service enquiries;
  • Patient support;
  • Administrative matters;
  • Payment-related matters;
  • Healthcare-service coordination;
  • Feedback and complaint handling; and
  • Other communications necessary to provide or administer the requested Service.

Where required by applicable law, promotional or marketing communications shall be sent only on the basis of the appropriate consent, authorization or other legally permissible basis.

Service-related communications and promotional communications may be treated separately.

You may withdraw or modify your marketing preferences through the mechanism made available by us, subject to applicable law and the need to continue necessary service-related communications.

We will not treat a general request for healthcare services as unlimited consent to unrelated marketing.

12. WHATSAPP, TELEPHONE, EMAIL AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

Where users choose to communicate through WhatsApp, email, telephone, SMS or other electronic channels, they acknowledge that electronic communications may involve risks inherent in telecommunications and internet services.

Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive medical information through unsecured or inappropriate channels where a secure alternative is available.

Live Again Healthy will take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information and applicable law to protect personal information in its custody or control.

13. TREATMENT INFORMATION AND MEDICAL OUTCOMES

Healthcare outcomes vary between individuals.

Statements concerning:

  • Expected recovery;
  • Treatment duration;
  • Surgical outcomes;
  • Before-and-after results;
  • Treatment benefits;
  • Patient experiences;
  • Recovery timelines; or
  • Estimated costs

must not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular medical outcome.

Any treatment information, statistics, examples or patient experiences published by Live Again Healthy are intended for appropriate informational or educational purposes and should not be understood as a promise of a particular result.

Individual outcomes may depend on factors including medical history, age, existing conditions, treatment complexity, adherence to medical advice, recovery, lifestyle and other clinical factors.

Any medical claim or representation published by Live Again Healthy shall be made only to the extent reasonably supported and permitted under applicable law.

14. PATIENT TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS AND BEFORE-AND-AFTER MATERIAL

Where patient testimonials, reviews, photographs, videos or treatment results are published, Live Again Healthy shall use such material only in accordance with applicable law, privacy requirements and any required consent.

Patient testimonials shall not knowingly be presented in a manner that is false, misleading or likely to create an unjustified expectation of a particular medical result.

Before-and-after images, where used, should accurately represent the circumstances in which they were obtained and should not be presented as a guarantee that another patient will achieve the same outcome.

Where consent is required for publication or promotional use, appropriate consent shall be obtained.

Users must not submit another person’s medical records, photographs, videos or personal information without appropriate authorization.

15. FEES, PRICES AND ESTIMATES

Prices, treatment packages, consultation fees and promotional offers displayed on the website or communicated by our representatives may change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, website prices are indicative only and are not necessarily final treatment quotations.

The final amount may depend on:

  • Medical assessment;
  • Treatment requirements;
  • Procedure complexity;
  • Investigations;
  • Doctor or surgeon fees;
  • Hospital or facility charges;
  • Medicines;
  • Consumables;
  • Additional procedures;
  • Length of stay;
  • Complications or medically necessary additional care;
  • Insurance approval;
  • Taxes; and
  • Other applicable charges.

Where reasonably practicable, material exclusions and additional charges will be communicated before the relevant charge is incurred or the service is provided.

Nothing in this clause permits the Company or a Healthcare Partner to impose an undisclosed charge contrary to applicable consumer law.

16. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND ADVERTISING

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, validity periods, geographical limitations, availability limits or other stated conditions.

All advertising, promotional material, treatment claims, discounts, testimonials and representations shall be presented in accordance with applicable Indian consumer-protection and advertising laws.

We will not knowingly make or publish representations that are materially false or misleading or otherwise prohibited under applicable law.

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applicable guidelines concerning misleading advertisements and endorsements may apply depending on the nature of the Service and communication. (Consumer Affairs)

17. PAYMENTS

Where payments are accepted through Live Again Healthy, the applicable payment terms, applicable charges, cancellation conditions and refund conditions shall be disclosed or made available at or before the relevant transaction, as required by applicable law.

Payments may be processed directly by Live Again Healthy, a Healthcare Partner or an authorized payment service provider depending on the Service.

Users must not provide payment credentials to unauthorized persons claiming to represent Live Again Healthy.

18. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund rights shall be governed by the applicable Refund/Cancellation Policy and the terms communicated to the user at the relevant time.

Where applicable, refund eligibility may depend upon:

  • Nature of the payment;
  • Timing of cancellation;
  • Whether the Service has already been provided;
  • Third-party or hospital charges;
  • Administrative charges that were lawfully disclosed;
  • Payment gateway conditions; and
  • Applicable law.

No provision of a refund policy shall be interpreted as removing mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method or another legally permissible method.

19. INSURANCE AND CASHLESS SERVICES

Where insurance or cashless services are facilitated, eligibility and approval remain subject to the terms of the relevant insurance policy, insurer, Third-Party Administrator ("TPA"), hospital and applicable law.

Statements such as “insurance accepted”, “cashless available” or similar descriptions do not constitute a guarantee that a particular treatment, procedure, investigation or expense will be approved or fully covered.

Patients remain responsible for amounts not approved or covered by the relevant insurer or TPA, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated to them.

20. THIRD-PARTY HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

Certain Services may involve independent doctors, surgeons, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centres, insurers, TPAs, payment providers or other third-party service providers.

Such providers may have their own:

  • Terms and conditions;
  • Clinical policies;
  • Consent requirements;
  • Cancellation and refund policies;
  • Fees and charges;
  • Insurance requirements;
  • Privacy policies; and
  • Facility rules.

Users must comply with applicable policies of the relevant provider.

Where a third party independently provides healthcare services, Live Again Healthy does not control the third party’s clinical judgment or professional decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that Live Again Healthy may have under applicable law for its own acts or omissions.

21. HEALTHCARE PARTNER INFORMATION

Information about doctors, surgeons, hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other Healthcare Partners may be supplied or updated from time to time.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, availability, qualifications, schedules, fees, services and other details may change.

Users should verify important professional, medical, appointment, financial and insurance information with the relevant provider before relying upon it.

22. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree not to:

  • Provide materially false or misleading information;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Use another person’s account or personal information without authorization;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website, systems or accounts;
  • Introduce malicious software, viruses or harmful code;
  • Circumvent security measures;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • Scrape, systematically copy or collect website content without authorization;
  • Use website content for unlawful commercial purposes;
  • Upload unlawful, threatening, abusive or defamatory content;
  • Violate another person’s privacy or legal rights;
  • Engage in fraud or other unlawful activity; or
  • Use the Services in a manner that may harm patients, healthcare professionals, the Company or other users.

We may restrict access or take other reasonable measures where there is a legitimate basis to believe that these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

23. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

Users may be given an opportunity to submit reviews, ratings, comments, complaints or other content.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • It is truthful to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have the necessary rights and authority to submit it;
  • It does not unlawfully disclose another person’s confidential or private information; and
  • It does not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent or defamatory material.

We may moderate, decline to publish, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect privacy, prevent fraud, maintain platform integrity or enforce these Terms.

We will not alter a genuine review in a misleading manner merely to create a more favourable impression.

Feedback may be used to improve our Services in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Live Again Healthy name, logo, trademarks, brand elements, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, website layout, original educational content, marketing material, software and website functionality may be owned by or licensed to Live Again Health Care Private Limited.

Such material may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, users may access website content for personal and lawful purposes.

Unless permitted by law or with prior written authorization, users must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected Company content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to the user.

25. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The website or communications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.

Such links may be provided for convenience or additional information.

Live Again Healthy does not necessarily control third-party websites or their content, security, privacy practices or terms.

Users should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third-party services before using them.

26. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY

We will take reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of our website and systems appropriate to the nature of the Services and applicable legal requirements.

However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to operate continuously or without risk.

The website may experience:

  • Technical errors;
  • Maintenance periods;
  • Network failures;
  • Server problems;
  • Cybersecurity incidents;
  • Third-party service interruptions; or
  • Other operational disruptions.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, upgrades, legal compliance or operational reasons.

27. DATA SECURITY AND INCIDENTS

Live Again Healthy shall implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of personal data processed by it and as required under applicable law.

Where a personal-data breach or security incident occurs, the Company shall take such steps as are required by applicable law, including any legally required notification, mitigation and cooperation obligations.

Users should immediately notify us if they reasonably believe that their account, credentials or personal information has been compromised.

28. DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is provided on an “as available” and informational basis.

We do not warrant that all website information will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted.

However, nothing in these Terms:

  • excludes a statutory consumer right;
  • excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded;
  • removes a Healthcare Partner’s professional obligations;
  • authorizes misleading advertising or representations; or
  • prevents a person from exercising a legal remedy available under Indian law.

29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for loss or damage arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from matters attributable solely to:

  • Materially incorrect information supplied by the user;
  • Unauthorized use of the Services by the user;
  • A user’s failure to follow professional medical advice;
  • A user’s decision to rely solely on general website information instead of obtaining appropriate professional advice;
  • Independent acts or omissions of third-party Healthcare Partners, except to the extent liability is imposed on the Company by applicable law;
  • Third-party service interruptions; or
  • Events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including applicable consumer-protection, contractual, statutory or other mandatory rights.

30. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Again Health Care Private Limited and its directors, employees and authorized representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising directly from:

  • Your material violation of these Terms;
  • Fraudulent or unlawful use of the Services;
  • Unauthorized use of another person’s information by you;
  • Infringement of a third party’s intellectual-property rights by content supplied by you;
  • Materially false or misleading information supplied by you; or
  • Your unlawful conduct.

This clause does not require you to indemnify the Company for the Company’s own negligence, unlawful conduct or liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.

31. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Users may raise complaints or grievances concerning the Services through the contact details provided below.

We will acknowledge and handle grievances in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the complaint.

Where the Company is subject to specific grievance-redressal obligations applicable to an e-commerce entity or intermediary, the Company shall maintain and follow the procedures and timelines required by the applicable framework.

Nothing in this clause limits a consumer’s right to approach a competent consumer commission, regulator, court or other authority where permitted by law.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 include specific obligations for covered e-commerce entities, including consumer-facing information and grievance mechanisms. Their applicability depends on the Company’s actual business model and activities. (Consumer Affairs)

32. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of our website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information and healthcare-related information.

Where required by applicable law, the Privacy Policy will also explain applicable consent mechanisms, withdrawal options, data-principal rights, grievance mechanisms, security safeguards and other legally required information.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

33. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes in our Services;
  • Changes in applicable law or regulation;
  • Technology changes;
  • Security requirements;
  • Operational changes; or
  • Changes in business practices.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised effective date where appropriate.

Where applicable law requires specific notice or consent for a material change, we will provide such notice or obtain such consent in the manner required by law.

Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

34. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may suspend or restrict access to the website or particular Services where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • These Terms have been materially violated;
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected;
  • Materially false information has been provided;
  • The website or systems require maintenance;
  • Suspension is required by law or a competent authority;
  • Continued access creates a material security risk; or
  • The relevant Service is discontinued.

Where reasonably practicable, we will take proportionate measures and communicate material restrictions.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

35. FORCE MAJEURE

Live Again Health Care Private Limited shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, network failures, cybersecurity incidents, power failures, transportation disruptions or failures of third-party infrastructure or service providers.

This clause does not affect statutory rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

36. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction over the Company’s principal place of business in Telangana.

Nothing in this clause:

  • prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory right or remedy under applicable consumer-protection law;
  • prevents a person from approaching a regulator or statutory authority having jurisdiction; or
  • excludes any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Where a specific statute provides a different forum, procedure or jurisdiction, that statutory provision shall prevail.

37. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified or severed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

38. NO WAIVER

Failure by Live Again Health Care Private Limited to enforce any provision of these Terms at any particular time shall not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or prevent the Company from enforcing it subsequently.

39. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy and any other policy expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing use of the website and Services, subject to any separate written agreement applicable to a particular Service.

Where a specific written agreement or legally mandatory term applies to a particular healthcare service, that agreement or mandatory legal requirement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
